David was awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful, he explained everything and how it worked every step of the way. He did not ask for anything without a detailed explanation of why he needed it and he was able to get everything done on an accelerated timeline.

Closing documents were received late with new numbers each time. It seems like no one communicates with each other at PennyMac. So much so that I had to request an email confirmation fo every discussion I had on the phone because I couldn’t trust anyone to do what they said they would do.
