Juan was there for us every step of the way, I can’t say that about everyone else I spoke with in the company. Communication was poor Mac team wasn’t clear with communication and then the WORST park of the process was when you want to speak with your loan manager to get clarification, you were put in a three way conversation how does that save time for either party.
