I would have liked a better break down of the benefit/savings of the refinance, such as a side by side comparison of the new & old loan. There needs to be a better explanation of the cost of the loan 5000 closing cost and then $4999 in other costs? What the heck is that? I feel like I should of done more homework on this loan but I didn’t really have the time or feel like dealing with it so I went with it.

The entire loan processing was professional and smooth. Everyone we worked with(Loan officer and the MAC team) explained everything and followed through. We appreciate the wonderful customer service; someone was always there to answer our questions.

I was requested the same document three times. I would send an email with a response and would get a response days later only telling me they received it and would get back to me. A loan needs phone calls at decent hours even with a three hour difference. I spoke with a different person each time I would call. The direct line did not work if that’s what I received.
