My loan officer was great in answering all my questions even when I thought it may have sounded rude or misunderstood. He was polite and understanding my repeated concerns on someb financial language terms. 10 Stars
The online portal was very unfriendly. I had difficulty accessing the document and determining which documents were accepted. Didn't hear back about questions for days.
Penny Mac made the whole process simple. everything was done online and it went smooth. if you are looking to refinance I highly recommend them.
This refi was easier than the first time and more organized.
Awesome Experience
Our appointment was cancelled by Penny Mac for some unknown reason, we didn't cancel. We waited around for the on a Saturday morning and nobody showed up. The attorney thought we cancelled so I'm not sure what happened there. The second appointment went well. The attorney was very nice and explained everything clearly. The money came a day late not a big deal but it did. The communication could've been better.
Multiple request
This is the 2nd time I am refinancing with Pennymac and it went smoothly! I shopped around for the best options and no one could beat Pennymac. I am very happy with the whole process and attention to detail placed into our loan.
Crystal was very helpful , and would do business again anytime.
