Maria did a great job working with me to get the rate that I wanted on my loan. I was working with loan depot but dropped them to work with PENNYMAC because of better customer service that I was receiving from Maria and her team. I already reviewed this experience once...Karina was nearly impossible to get a hold of and talk to...It took way to long to get the re-fi and it wasn't until I threatened to go somewhere else that everything was magically complete and ready (literally within an hour of my angry phone call) which only shows that it could have been done way earlier. I only went with Pennymac because they held my first mortgage. Next time, I would definitely shop around.
Penny Mac made the whole process simple. everything was done online and it went smooth. if you are looking to refinance I highly recommend them.

Quick and easy process.
Our appointment was cancelled by Penny Mac for some unknown reason, we didn't cancel. We waited around for the on a Saturday morning and nobody showed up. The attorney thought we cancelled so I'm not sure what happened there. The second appointment went well. The attorney was very nice and explained everything clearly. The money came a day late not a big deal but it did. The communication could've been better.
Multiple request
This is the 2nd time I am refinancing with Pennymac and it went smoothly! I shopped around for the best options and no one could beat Pennymac. I am very happy with the whole process and attention to detail placed into our loan.
