This whole process can be intimidating and overwhelming but Eliana answered all our questions.. Her patience and professionalism put us ease. Honestly this whole process was seamless and we couldn't be happier.
Karina was a bright spot with her consistent service. Underwriting made her job impossible! Their request for the absurd without research or consideration of the big picture was both idiotic and unkind. They wasted enormous amounts of time and good will. They left Karina in a difficult position trying to support me as I faced a larger broken structure at your bank.

The process was very well handled and Britnee was extremely professional.
Linda was easy to get ahold of, and the process was amazingly simple. I have an Amex card and the only thing that was confusing is that I the underwriters were not more clear about the documents i could send showing I had paid off in full this 30day charge account. But Linda helped me through it and would check that all my info uploaded and was an excellent in between. I enjoyed working with her very much. Honestly, I think I had one of the easiest re-fi processes of anyone I know! thank you!
