This survey request is over 4 months after the fact so specifics are blurry. I just recall constantly being frustrated with not understanding who was doing what job and who to communicate with. Docs were repetitive and calls not responded to. Was rarely able to talk to actual rep that was assigned and others couldn’t really explain what was going on. Closing did not happen when expected.
