Eliana was helpful and informative.
Noemy Soriano was very polite. She always stated her name and who she was calling for. Always asked if it was a good time to talk, which I appreciated. Also told me that the calls were being recorded. She and whoever answered when I called back were quick to pick up on where we left off, or where we had left things. Very professional and well trained.
My experience was overall seamless I just didn't appreciate my processor Karina. She did call with updates step by step which I appreciate but her responses were always short and she was eager to hang up. When a discrepancy came up rather than working with me to understand the problem she formed an attitude and just kept repeating the issue which got us nowhere. Everything was easy.
Overall great experience
The communication and expectations were not clear or explained, when we had questions, they were not answered in a timely manner leaving our application to "time out" and have to be restarted. No one told us closing costs would be over 20K, that was an amazing surprise at the end. This was a horrible experience, and we found out we had more options to refinance after we closed, we feel misled and taken advantage of also.
