Ms Cordeo stayed in contact making sure we knew where we stood in the process, and was available with any questions we had. She was very pleasant and informative throughout the process.
Everyone that I worked with was prompt and up front about the process. There was a sense of urgency to get the loan closed but I never felt pressured. Still in amazement of the rate we got.

While the beginning and end of the process moved quickly, things really bogged down during the middle. Processing the documents took a long time. In addition, communication between the different teams could have been improved; i.e., we made it quite clear that we wanted our Bank of America line of credit to be paid off rather than going through a subordination process which would have delayed things.
