While the beginning and end of the process moved quickly, things really bogged down during the middle. Processing the documents took a long time. In addition, communication between the different teams could have been improved; i.e., we made it quite clear that we wanted our Bank of America line of credit to be paid off rather than going through a subordination process which would have delayed things.
