The issues that were problematic originally stemmed from the sr. loan officer that in my opinion grossly misrepresented the terms to me in which I agreed for a VA refi. The VA required residuals were either omitted or intentionally left out.

I had to deliver the same documents more than once without additional explanation. , The process took too long.
