Rosario, Leticia, Matt and the rest of the team were great with communications. They never hesitated to call or e-mail when info was needed, or to ask that we complete needed tasks. Great follow through from all team members.
I have to assume that the MacTeam members are shorthanded and overworked. My past experience with PennyMac and the MacTeam was that they were more proactive and communicated more quickly. This past experience was much slower re. communications.
