I had a pleasant experience with the whole Pennymac team. Everything was handled in a timely matter.
It was a pleasure working with all of the penny Mac professionals during this process.
Process was smooth, everyone we spoke to was pleasant & informative.
Kaitlyn Myers was very helpful during this whole process.
The process took over three months.
First they said I had to come to the office to sign and pay the last of down payment. Then day before I was suppose to go they sent someone to the house to sign. I had to ask for an email about wire transfer that same evening. This took place about 3:00 which was to late to get to the back for wire transfer. Next morning the day of closing I wire the money about 9:15 so they got the money in time. Then they said did not close because everything had to be done by 2:00 that day.
