Great experience from beginning to the end
Someone was available to answer questions when our assigned agent was not. That was helpful.
Ambiguity with appraisal expectations and a delay in communication surrounding that which made us rush to fix things for closing. Grace was excellent compared to who she took over for in the process and she was very responsive and knowledgeable.

I had many choices but my initial conversation with Sarah, the loan originator, was very positive, thorough, and informative. After being pre-approved, Michael took the lead, and was very timely and consistent in his communication with me. I think the cost of points in order to obtain an investment loan was a little ridiculous. Definitely will do a little more research of other companies for my next purchase. As far as people, amazing. Eric was phenomenal and so was my loan originator.
