It was difficult to obtain answers to my questions. , It was difficult to get in touch with a loan officer.
The initial person who took my application was outstanding and did help throughout the process. However the next person involved was less than acceptable. I had 3 delays to the closing and was not advised whatsoever. No more space to add more
It takes too long for cash out disbursements to be processed. Also Penny Mac kept asking for proof that a debt had already been paid even though I provided letter from the company, bank statements and other proof that the debt was paid, ridiculous!!!
