Easy and fast
Very good from start to finish.
My 4th time working with Pennymac was good, the previous experiences were better but an overall good experience.
The entire process was clear from the beginning. We were informed of the step by step process and what to expect.
Everything was good with the exception of repeated docs request.
Everything was well explained and closing was painless.
Great and friendly that you rely on. Trust worthy over all
Communication was lacking. Please stop calling from blocked or unidentified phone number, I and many other do not answer those calls. It will make things easier. Also other reps cold calling is not good especially when they ask for personal information when they call you. Only the rep working directly with client should call. Overall service could have been better.
