Ease of signing documents and submitting them was great!
Communication was timely and efficient.
Great service, prompt responses to my questions & Paulette was great at keeping me informed of the progress of my loan.
There was limited value in assigning a representative if every time I called with questions I had to speak to indifferent colleagues who were unfamiliar with my application. There should be a direct line to the loan officer. Only if that person is unavailable should clients have to explain pertinent details to a random member of the team.

Unbelievably seem less process. By far the best I’ve ever had.
The only thing that we were a little disappointed in was the physical checks that were sent to us to close out the bills. In this day and age it is easier and faster to take care of these things on line. With physical checks being sent through the mail, too many things could happen. We would have rather the money transferred electronically to us that way we could have distributed it accordingly and instantly.
