POOR customer service! After submitting my payment, it was confirmed, and somehow didnt process. Called to speak with a live person to dispute the error considering it dropped my credit score drastically. The gal that answered didn’t speak English and was driving in another country. She refused to connect me to management! She then pretended to not be able to hear me. Absolutely ridiculous!! Another negative is that online account access hasn’t functioned in a year and still doesn’t work!!
