Working with Pennymac and Nicole was a very good experience. They answered all the questions we had and made the process seamless and low stress.
It was fine, toward the end could’ve been smoother. A few things about my cc usage could’ve been clear. I would’ve did a few things differently. Towards the end Nicole and the guy over here Did Not send the documents requested. They said they sent it over 4 times and not once did we revive it. We weee on the call and had them send it before we hung up. That was a tad annoying but overall it was fine.
Everyone I worked with during the entire process was pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable and communicated effectively. Highly recommend
