Pennymac is the absolute WORST!! I'm not generally a bad-review guy, but they well earn this one time and time again. First they purchased my mortgage from another bank, and had the amount wrong. They refused to acknowledge one of the payments I had made prior to the loan being transferred to them. They told me I needed a certain insurance, I purchased it, paid it in full, and sent Pennymac proof. They charged me for it anyway, after sending me a letter acknowledging receipt of the insurance. .
