Everything was great but I had to push a bit to get someone from closing to call me. Also, I didn’t get all the responses to all my emails. It was a lot easier to sign in Georgia than signing at the embassy (thanks for offering that though).

When someone says “stop calling me” that should end the conversation. There should be no questions after I say it’s not a good time. A polite apology and goodbye is all that should be said. There is no need for Pennymac to call me three times a week asking me if I want to refinance my loan. It’s madness. Tell your cold callers to accept no for an answer or I’m taking my money and all the interest you might get to another lender.
