Questionable lender. My loan officer was fantastic, but it took a couple tries to get the right one. Latrice did everything for me that she could, just had a rough experience with every party involved. She was the only helpful person throughout the entire process. I would recommend her.
Mary was a pleasure to work with - - very knowledgeable and awesome! The only issue we had on the closing docs was not in regards to Mary - it was something I had communicated to a previous person at PennyMac.
Tanairy was helpful and gladly answered all my questions.
Pay Off funds need to be done electronically NOT by paper checks. It will take Weeks now to process all the pay off funds. The loan officer at the time of our application told the pay off accounts would be done for us !!!!! NOT TRUE
