Grace was very responsive ad made this process very smooth for me.
Worst service. No ownership to take their faults and compensate the loss customer encounters due to their fault. Their associates, to supervisors and senior representatives....all worthless. This is from my own experience and If pennymac really cares, give some seniors contact and I can explain the reason for my issue.

Worst service from PennyMac. PennyMac does not have any process to take responsibility of their fault. I asked to pay my school tax bill on my mortgage and they have not been able to make that even after 9 business days though they said they service the request within 5 days after the request is made. Due to this I am at a situation that I may loose the opportunity of availing 2% discounted tax payment. I have been with Penny Mac for over 25 years. They would call me at least 3 times a day asking me to refinance my mortgage. Finally I said sure why not. This has turned out to be just a horrible experience for me. They kept asking me for documentation and proof of accounts. I'd send it to them and they would ask for the same thing again. I was told that all my documents were in and I was waiting for a closing date. I finally called and was told that I needed more documentation.
