Anna Eng did an amazing job throughout the whole loan process! You can tell she treats it more than just a job, she actually cares about what she does and that specifically made such a positive impact with our experience throughout this. What confused me is way to many people working on my documents! It’s nice to establish a trust/in a friendship, with the person I’m working with. Everyone was very nice, I guess I like to know my person. Tammie Mack stuck with me til end, I really appreciated that! She was very pleasant. I guess I felt pushed off by all the others for any questions I had. Just too many hands in the pot. Glad it’s basically done. Thank you to all that helped make this happen. Much appreciated.

I had individuals who did not have a clue what they were talking about. I called and explained more than 5 times that I did not make payments on the house I already owned. I then called back and was able to get the correct information for someone saying that the previous individual did not know what they were talking about and that pennymac does cases similar to mine all the time and the 2nd individual I talked to was able to get my paper work submitted and approved that day. There were a lot of communication challenges between pennymac and my realtor. Pennymac was contacting my realtor’s broker, not my actual realtor despite me providing his contact info several times. Because of this, the closing process was significantly delayed and led to a lot of confusion between myself, my realtor, and the title company to include my realtor not being able to submit comps when the home did not appraise for the agreed upon sale price.
