It's truly sad how a company can lie, stay uncommunicated, and constantly come up with reasons and excuses to why it has taken 6 months to do a Assumption loan. On top of that instead of getting it solved they try to explain to you how to mess up your credit by telling you that the loan your responsible for is more important than the loan your cosigner with somebody knowing if both are under your name and not paid they will mess up your credit score and put you in debt.
