Jelani and Barry were amazing
The process was convenient, meaning I didn’t have to leave my home for closing. It was also very efficient.
Each person I interacted with at Pennymac were very nice and helpful. When the purchase of a home is stressful already, they took the time to answer any and all questions to make the process easier. This is my second time having a mortgage through Pennymac and would recommend them to my friends and family.
First and foremost I want to say that Tyra Nunez Martinez and John Kim were absolutely amazing. If it wasn’t for them, closing sound have been a lot more hectic them what it was. I think documents may be going through too many hands before it gets to the right person (closer). This causes a lot of stress on the client having to submit documents multiple times and/or having to make multiple phone calls.
Besides the initial misunderstanding. The loan process yielded a great experience because everything the loan officer informed me about the process was explained. My loan officer and the PennyMac team made sure the process went smoothly. Most of all, they worked on my loan process to where we were able to make closing earlier than was initially estimated.
Maybe don’t miss the close date and cost me several thousand dollars in unplanned costs while I’m sitting on my hands waiting for your team.
The title service team said they were impressed that the documents were sent a week in advance and they had never experienced this before. I think that says a lot !
Darcel was very knowledgeable and if she didn't know the answer, she found it out for me. We didn't get off the phone until all of my questions were addressed. She was pleasant and easy to work with.
