Made everything very easy for me and less of a headache!!
Repeatedly requesting the same documents or 4 versions of the same one was a continuous problem. Other than that we didn't have alot of issues.
Much quicker and easier than traditional loan providers- also much more upfront and honest in their basic practices and explanations. I feel like I barely even had to do anything, my Mac team pretty much did it all for me. I would definitely recommend PennyMac and my Mac team to anyone looking for an FHA loan. I actually wish I'd trusted my instincts and just went with them first instead of wasting time checking rates with other traditional providers (only to be misled)! 10/10
