Better initial communication and process explanation. Not on Veronica’s part but there were a few times that I received conflicting information and had trouble getting a hold of someone. At one point I had to call 5x in one night and demand to speak to a supervisor in order to get a document that we needed for closing.
Gracie kept me updated throughout the entire process. She was very approachable, efficient and graciously explained how things would go. Very please with her assistance and support

I don't know that going through any kind of home refinance or new home purchase is considered "great." It went as smooth as it could, took longer to get to closing then originally expected.
Felt like a long period of time waiting on final loan docs and the overall closing was a bit confusing. But overall was good.
This is the second time that I have refinanced with pennymac and it has been the easiest process both times! Thank you so much
