Even though I could have tried shopping for a lower APR with other lenders, my confidence in PennyMac influenced my decision. Every employee I communicated with were courteous, patient with me, helpful, kind and cemented my belief that I was doing the right thing. In my humble opinion, that level of professionalism is extraordinary today.
Documents were requested multiple times. When asked for clarification, it took numerous attempts to get an answer. When I did get an answer, it was typically from a new person than I had already worked with and they had little to no knowledge of the process or my information up until that point. This was the fastest and cleanest refinances I've ever done! The entire team was very responsive.
I am very pleased at how my refinancing went. I was able to consolidate all my debt into one low payment. Being a recent widow and paying on my husband medical bills was leaving me living pay check to pay check and sinking fast. PennyMac changed all this. I will be able to breath much more easily. The whole process went quickly and easily. It was done all from my home. Job well done everyone

This loan got a little complicated, with different agents not seemingly on the same page, but it worked out
My loan application was great with Cynthia and Sandra until my file transferred to Leticia temporarily when Sandra went on vacation. Closing date was move, then reinstated and because it was moved, we paid rent for the month, costing us an additional $4,000. My moving schedule with a moving company temporarily changed because I canceled my initial move date and this also cost me money
