Representatives were very patient with me and that goes a long way with me. They are very good at listening at that makes a really good Representative.

Lori was extremely patient with me and we were able to get done despite major hurdles. Really appreciate her efforts throughout the process.
After the pre approval letter, the process was cumbersome, frustrating & tiring, I did ask to speak with supervisor regarding this, the processor Lori Gibson did an excellent job of gathering & communicating the needed information, also a VP Cody spoke with my husband and we got it all together and closed! Lori was super helpful and organized and Communicative, without her help (& the VP) we won’t have met the deadline on the contract! Thank you!
