Great and Efficient
More clarity of communication about required documentation in a timely fashion and if documentation wasn’t accurate or correct more timely and clear communication about it, especially when the loan team understood the requested time frame and all parties (realtor / borrower / seller) we’re trying to resolve in a timely fashion and not hold needs until 2 days prior to closing.
PennyMac team was very informative and processed our loan with ease. They stood beside us through the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. They never missed a beat.
