My credit score was +810… I never felt that it was factored into my APR. furthermore, I had roughly $70k coming back to me that I could have put towards the loan of my house to lower my mortgage payment. I was told I could not recast a VA home loan and that I should call for other options. Just felt as a returning customer with a high yield I could have been treated better.

All agents should be requesting the same things and be more timely with the process. If I want it to go as fast as possible I need to submit my documents ASAP but it takes a week or more for them to review them. Why ask for one document at a time? Why not ask for everything you would need to complete the process up front? The employment verification was more than that. It asked what was my raise expected to be?
