There were too many pennymac people involved and opportunities for confusion from the start. All of whom were nice, but the directives/information from the initial person, did not match the directives/information from the next person, and so on. It made for frustration on everyone's part. The process was quick, easy, and convenient. Everything we needed to do was clearly explained.
My experience from start to finish with my refinance and closing was beyond great. All questions were answered, explanations were clear and precise and any questions I had were answered quickly and understood. I guess you could say there the way they handled everything was very professional I liked the way they got back to you with questions I liked the way they handled the whole operation from beginning to end I would recommend turning that to all my friends and family they are a very reliable company thank you
