David and Ivonne, did an amazing job. David was a grate help at the start, and helped so much with filling out our paper work. When Ivonne took over she was amazing too! With ensuring we understood everything and being available when we had questions. She clarified what we needed to do and saves us a bunch of time and money (when coming to the appraisal). Thank you for making this process smooth and happy, kudos to you!

The only issue was I kept receiving several emails requesting documents that had already been uploaded even after Ammie would check and confirm nothing was needed.

JP was very helpful with clearing up the duplicate requests for information. If he had not cleared them up my answers would be very different.

The process took too long, and i had to keep calling or sending emails to get info. More frequent updates and would be good. 5 days should not pass before reaching out to the customer to ensure everything is ok and understood.
