I always had clear information for what was requested of me. My questions were answered promptly. Chaix was very easy to talk to. She did a great job. thank you! The all Pwnnymac team were great specially Nathan Reidel.
Great experience
My poor review is not for Tyra. She did her absolute best. My comments are for the loan process in itself. Once it went from the application to the underwriting team was when things got messy. I already have two other mortgages which should have been in the system. Hopefully on the next one, the process will be smoother. A list from the beginning with all the documents needed. Again Tyra was there from beginning to end for us.

Lori’s interaction with us and her care, as well as the adjustments made when I had expressed my frustration not directly being treated as a already known customer, but a brand new one. It was swift and greatly carried out. I understand things have to go in certain, but there are ways which should reflect that you are an existing customer which, PennyMac knows already over an unknown. Lori and team did great!
Everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable. They were also very prompt and thorough when answering ALL of my questions! 😄😁
