My loan application was great with Cynthia and Sandra until my file transferred to Leticia temporarily when Sandra went on vacation. Closing date was move, then reinstated and because it was moved, we paid rent for the month, costing us an additional $4,000. My moving schedule with a moving company temporarily changed because I canceled my initial move date and this also cost me money
From beginning to end everyone I spoke with or was involved with was 100% polite and a pleasure to deal with
