The level of responsiveness and ease of refinancing and processing the loan was very impressive. We are really glad we did it and used PennyMac and will certainly recommend it to others who may be considering a mortgage or refinancing of their home.

Process was clear and closing time was good
The process went well with the exception of My phone and email messages not being returned. I sent in the evidence needed for a new CD due to a creditor being paid off in full but never received call back. The closing documents were in accurate and now I have to wait for a refund of that money. I Had to contact a loan specialist for the second time who turned out being excellent. That’s my only complaint. It’s important for the customer to receive a reply to email inquiries/or phone calls
Tynisha was very quick to respond, and timely in rectifying problems.
