Tanairy was pretty darn good. The rest of the experience was NOT very good. Example: the underwriter waiting until the day before closing to look at the file and have more questions. NOT OK. Inability to float rate down, not impressed. I don’t think I would use PennyMac for a mortgage for a new purchase again.
