I was able to close on time and buy down my rate at costs much lower than most places. The communication part once sent to under writing was a little rocky. I didn’t know what to do at some points and documentation required. It was a little frustrating because there is nobody to call or talk too. Just an email to send in. Once it got closer to closing Everything was going a lot smoother. Communication was happening and reassurance. Overall it was pretty good and easy and fast.
Faiza was nothing but professional but she works for idiots that probably couldn’t put together a coherent sentence to save their life. She is the saving grace of this whole affair. Her and her boss Lorrie deserve high praise and promotions because ur underwriters are worth crap.
