Super easy to apply and go through the process. Gets back to you in a timely manor. We got our first home loan and they helped with getting us the amount we needed. They made the process fast and answered the questions we had. They also helped us get good deals with the programs they have set up.

Cesar actually had to save the day multiple time. My loan officer Ashleigh stopped returning my calls and left me out to dry the last 3 weeks of trying to sort out the paperwork. Till this day I still never heard from her which made me extremely nervous with trust Pennymac to manage my refinance. She wasn’t responding at all to anyone including Ceasar when he would reach out for my case. She had no interest in getting me to closing. Ceasar kept me from walking away many times.
