I had a great experience with Latrice. If she wasn't able to answer the phone, she was quick to call me back to make sure all my answers were answered. She was knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. I enjoyed every interaction I had with her.

We lost a lot of time the first weeks of the process because everyone assigned to my file went on vacation and failed to notify myself or anyone else. Had to chase around managers and/or others to help. Every document was asked for multiple times. Days to return phone calls or reply to messages. 3rd house I purchase and this by far has been the worse process.

Clear communication and explanations. If there is a specific form that is needed, like the VA child care firm don’t tell us about it and not send it to us. That way when we google it, and fill it out and get told no that is the wrong one and have to do it again. Clear communication about closing cost, especially when we say we are paying off credit card debt and you talk to us about closing disclosures clearly define and mark it as such so we don’t look at an email and think holy crap how much do they want for closing…... read more
