From start to finish the whole process of acquiring our new home loan was great! Everyone we spoke with, especially Anna Eng , were professional and were always able to give us an answer quickly. We will gladly recommend others to PennyMac.
There’s too much to list here. I had the worst experience with buying my new home. The absolute worst… I’m almost at a loss for words to explain how utterly terrible and painful it was.
The assistance and explanation of the process as well as the speed with which it was completed was great.
It was not shared with me at the beginning of this process that the loan amount could only be 80% of the home's appraised value. There were no exceptions made, despite being a customer of PennyMac for the past 5 years. This is not a reflection on Candice Williams, who tried reaching out to the original loan officer to see if there were exceptions made after I had not received a response to my inquiry email.
Everyone was very professional and super friendly. They were there whenever we had any questions and were very through with the whole process.
