Linda was nice, explained thins clearly, and was accurate in her explanations. I never felt like I was being mislead or like she was trying to hide something.

Everything was great.
I felt like I was managing the loan processing team rather than the other way around. There were missing documents that were continually needed from us even after we uploaded. Our closing date was missed because of a lack of communication and urgency from the PennyMac team. It was exhausting and incredibly stressful to get over the finish line.
Overall the process was good.
Tanairy did a fabulous job communicating and putting me at ease during my loan process. Prior to her, Corrie Holcomb told me to trust her while she was working to get my rate and closing cost down, to be honest I didn’t believe she could get it all done. I gave her the time she requested and before I knew it she knocked it out the park!!! Those two worked really well together and I would recommend them both to my family and friends
Seemed to be too many hands in the process and they waited till 2 days before closing to have me change insurance or the down payment. Then the documents were finally sent to the trustee, a few hours before closing.
Eric was excellent. I could not have asked for more from him.
Considering home buying is one of the biggest purchases of a person life it was important that I felt like I had a team that would walk me through this process. I felt like I could always get a professional on the phone to help at anytime. I appreciate PennyMac for helping me find a way to get us our home!
