Every One that I spoke to was very professional, inspite of the delays with certain documentation
All went as expected.
Everyone was so comforting and helpful.
The title company was terrible to deal with, items were missing from my closing, I actually just canceled it today and went with another company. The homeowners insurance being in the process of changing really seemed to be a struggle for most to understand though they were both very clear.
I will continue my relationship with PENNYMAC until my loan is paid off and refer my friends and associates.
