I was contacted by so many people during this refinance it was ridiculous and it was hard trying to contact people for help. I lost months of savings because the process took so long. Im very disappointed in PennyMac.

Repetitive asks for documents, which necessitated calls to PennyMac to check and get clarity. Otherwise straightforward experience with expected results.
Jamie was wonderful he made the process easier then expected and always communicated with me so there were no surprises.
