The whole process went so smoothly and quickly, it was great.

Aida never answered her phone, never followed up on closing details, then asked for documents and then never communicated that the documents were what she needed, and never did she say anything to us on confirmation of closing times, then the closing lady was and hour half late because documents were left out. So I was really late going back to work.

From my first conversation with our loan officer to last conversation with our loan processor, everyone at PennyMac was terrific. Raven was wonderful to work with keeping us informed all along the way. Even when we ran into some issues with signing that were COVID related, the service was great. Thank you to the whole team.
