Thought all went well. Although it took longer than I thought. Rachell was good at getting back with me. However, it did take some time. She could always answer my questions.
The process was extremely easy. Everyone was accessible for questions and very in tune with our needs and concerns. The personnel were very pleasant and would absolutely use pennymac for our future financial needs.

Bad experience, bas customer service. There were many frustrations about my refinance process and expressed to different reps, it was like talking to a wall. I tried to speak to supervisors by email or phone and never received a call back or an email. This was bad experience dealing with people handling my refinancing process. The only good thing I have to say about my experience was the interest rate, got a 2.6% Took 4 Months to close refinancing.
The entire experience was great from the beginning to end. Everyone we spoke with was very knowledgeable and polite. We would recommend Pennymac to everyone and we have.
From my first conversation with our loan officer to last conversation with our loan processor, everyone at PennyMac was terrific. Raven was wonderful to work with keeping us informed all along the way. Even when we ran into some issues with signing that were COVID related, the service was great. Thank you to the whole team.

The time to close was longer than expected. It was only after I asked Raven to escalated the lack of a closing date and requested to speak with a manager did things suddenly come together for a close. That is not acceptable. After weeks of regular checking-in, and an attitude of "any day now"... I had to really push to get things completed. I believe that if I hadn't asked to speak with a manager, I would still be waiting for a closing date. I should not have been in that situation.
