Too many people involved. On-line tech issues to navigate web site are awkward and hard for older non-tech savvy people to use. Everything worked out OK!

I tried contacting Rachel several times for closing place and time and for ensign documents, she never returned my call or emails! I had to reach out to a supervisor before I finally got a call from the closing location. We had to close 2 times and no one responded to when we would be funded or first funding date never happened and we had to take additional time off to close again!

Thought all went well. Although it took longer than I thought. Rachell was good at getting back with me. However, it did take some time. She could always answer my questions.

The process was extremely easy. Everyone was accessible for questions and very in tune with our needs and concerns. The personnel were very pleasant and would absolutely use pennymac for our future financial needs.

Bad experience, bas customer service. There were many frustrations about my refinance process and expressed to different reps, it was like talking to a wall. I tried to speak to supervisors by email or phone and never received a call back or an email. This was bad experience dealing with people handling my refinancing process. The only good thing I have to say about my experience was the interest rate, got a 2.6% Took 4 Months to close refinancing.
