I was tossed between so more different employees. Many of whom had no idea what they were doing. Documents requested weren’t even necessary for my type of loan. It was very difficult to get in touch with anyone let alone get responses. One employee, Teresa, was great! The rest were nice but clueless and not helpful.
I had a good experience with your company. The only thing I was frustrated with was the communication about documents. Up until the day of closing I was still getting requests for documents that were already given to you,
10 out of 10 stars!!! Sandrea, Francisco and the Pennymac team were beyond amazing. Sandrea never left my side during the process. Even staying late a couple of times just to ensure my loan was moving forward. She was always there to answer questions. She really did go above and beyond. Best informative people when it comes to this loan application
Pennymac was able to help me lower my monthly payment. It was hard to consistently contact my assigned representatives, but during a pandemic, this is somewhat expected.
It was a lot easier than a loan broker that I tried before PennyMac. Less documents, better communication, shorter time frame. Not a stressful experience at all.
Raven was very professional and had a ton of patience with us.
Toimeishia Harge was great because she communicated and got the loan finalized in a very timely manner! I was disappointed in the drop off in communication I had from Taylor Fiorelli the agent who would not call or return my emails when I could not get anything from Joya Lewis. End of the day the loan was finalized and thankfully all due to toimeishias ability to get the job done for us! I would recommend your other employees have the same work ethic and helpfulness as toimeishia.
I was not given a document with the closing amount. I had to call and ask, and I was told an incorrect amount. Then we couldn't close because I had the incorrect amount and I wasn't told who to have the cashiers check made out to. Then I wired the money so that they would have it rapidly - and I was told I would be reimbursed for the extra $35 cost and that never happened. Then the title company you recommended took 7 days to fund the loan giving me extra, unexpected interest costs.
