Overall I have had great experiences with pennymac. It took much longer than expected start to finish, but overall everything worked out great. I am sure the pandemic makes things much more difficult and I attribute this to the time it took start to finish.

Overall easy process and good communication. There was a small disconnect between initial disclosures and final processing of the loan refinance and the delay with the loan showing caused some issues with my escrow payment being received by my flood/home insurance, but it seems to be resolved after the loan went through.

By far what made this experience the greatest was Rachel Harris. She was just awesome to work with and answered my questions, even if I asked a lot of them. I can not even put into words how great it was to work with her. Thank you so much Rachel Harris for all you have helped me with!!

A more timely closing. I feel like i had to call every week to push loan along. It was a simple streamline refi that required very little documentation and still took 56 days to complete.
