I had to call weekly to obtain updates as Zanetta never reached out to me. So to Improve I would recommend more communication. I do want to say the folks I spoke to when I called were very helpful.
It seemed as if the numbers changed every time I spoke with my first loan processor. I had expectations of receiving a certain amount back and he made it seemed like it was a done deal. But afterwards the amount was extremely lower than what was discussed. Just feel as if you shouldn't get someone's hopes up and you're not 100% sure of the final number. Getting that amount back was the main reason why I wanted to do the finance. So not getting it back I am not completely satisfied.
Everything went very smoothly with our loan, and closed soon then I expected. Great service.
I had a good experience with your company. The only thing I was frustrated with was the communication about documents. Up until the day of closing I was still getting requests for documents that were already given to you,
10 out of 10 stars!!! Sandrea, Francisco and the Pennymac team were beyond amazing. Sandrea never left my side during the process. Even staying late a couple of times just to ensure my loan was moving forward. She was always there to answer questions. She really did go above and beyond. It was awesome to be able to keep our new mortgage with our former mortgage provider.
Communication is critical.
Great service, loan did not close on time because of title. Pennymac worked hard and returned phone calls quickly even when I had to leave a message.
Very fast and easy closing.
