Great follow-up and streamlined refi process.
Very clear, helpful, and professional.
Repeated emails asking me to sign the same document multiple times was very annoying. No one was able to make them stop. I started the process in October and it took till Jan to get it completed. I had to call at least twice asking what was taking so long.
This was a pleasant experience. There were some bumps along the way. but overall I am happy that I was able to refinance my home mortgage with a more tolerable monthly payment. Thank you Evelyn for all your help.
Great experience
Brandy Harrison was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. However, Brandy was unable for a few days after my closing and things became very frustrating after contacting PennyMac and speaking to a young lady who really sounded as if she didn’t want to answer the phone and unable to provide me with any answers to my inquiries, the process took a turn for the worst. Thankfully, things were finally cleared up with the missing document and the funds were sent to the title company.
