The process was easy and very speedy! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I felt comfortable through each step.
we had some issue with document but they were sorted out in time & was able to close thanks to Amanda's timely help
Communication was not clear. Although I had a main person to communicate with, I received document requests from different people, sometimes about the same documents, documents I did not have to produce or documents I had submitted already.
My experience was good, very informative staff. The process went smoothly.
