Me and my wife were starting our refi and our mortgage company for some reason was the last place to try to ask for help. We should of done that first- Joseph was who we talked to to get started and Linda finished us the rest of the way. Both were fantastic, very pleasant to talk to not pushy or rushing through anything, which made it possible for us to get going in the right direction

While process went faster than I anticipated. Original close date given was Jan 15th. I signed closing paperwork on Dec 30th.
The process was presented in a very clear and concise manner. Very smooth process!
