Thanks! The only complaint I have is: I received checks that I had to send for payoffs...I the world we live in today, this would have been a lot faster and secure for MAC to send electronically. Also, the payoff amounts we from the original documents I sent. No one from MAC called to verify new payoffs so I'm hoping to get any overpayment send back to me? Needs to be a better customer service on this!!!! Kyrus Frames

More proactive communication and timeline updates. So much time was spent with us waiting and wondering what was happening. It was also very difficult to get a hold of our loan agent when needed. Closing documents were inaccurate twice and should’ve been sent for our review proactively rather than us having to jump through hoops to see them prior to closing.
