Great service and friendly staff and they will walk you through the process and it’s very quick and easy I would recommend them to my friends and family as a customer. Customer service is amazing and they always get me an answer ASAP

The entire process was super easy. I explored other lenders and did not have the same experience.
More proactive communication and timeline updates. So much time was spent with us waiting and wondering what was happening. It was also very difficult to get a hold of our loan agent when needed. Closing documents were inaccurate twice and should’ve been sent for our review proactively rather than us having to jump through hoops to see them prior to closing.

The process was pretty streamlined Not a lot of lag time between each request
I would have liked communication needing less passwords, less "secured" communication. I am not a "technical" type. I would like to have understood that by a certain date the documents would need to be resent. It seemed at times that the "right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing."
I didn’t like the manner in which documents were requested from me. The uploads and electronic document signing did not offer an opportunity to ask questions. Process was confusing, never seemed to talk to the same person. Seems like the “team” doesn’t have the same level of knowledge. Did not like working with a team. Awful experience and don’t think I would do this again. I think Olga tried to help, but didn’t have the ability to answer my questions in a way I would understand.
