Great overall experience. We had a couple mix up some of my faults and others caused be wet sign signatures vs E-sign. I was very happy with the service communication was above what I expected. Great job PennyMac Team!!!

I would have liked communication needing less passwords, less "secured" communication. I am not a "technical" type. I would like to have understood that by a certain date the documents would need to be resent. It seemed at times that the "right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing."

I didn’t like the manner in which documents were requested from me. The uploads and electronic document signing did not offer an opportunity to ask questions. Process was confusing, never seemed to talk to the same person. Seems like the “team” doesn’t have the same level of knowledge. Did not like working with a team. Awful experience and don’t think I would do this again. I think Olga tried to help, but didn’t have the ability to answer my questions in a way I would understand.
