The service was very nice. Lot's of communication with my paperwork and the closing date. The notarize person was wonderful and very helpful she was a PLUS for us, thank you to her you guys get an A+ from US. Thank you also for a smooth transition to re-finance our mortgage.

I would have like a little more communication on the closing, I didn't know I'd need a witness to be present at closing. I also didn't know if check was going to be allowed. I left a voicemail last week and tried calling a couple times to check in on my old loan balance being paid off as I was receiving late payment notifications to check status and never heard back.

Loan processor, Barbra Bellamy, was very helpful. Phillip Sandstrom, my loan specialist was MIA the whole time. This couldn’t have been a good experience for me due to the fact it closed in the midst of my home being a total loss to fire. My overall experience could have been rated better if I wasn’t so already stressed and down and out. Thank you. I am happy with my new interest rate and monthly payments.
