our loan officer was very clear and made the process very easy to understand and every step of the way she was able to communicate with us either by phone by email and we appreciated every step that was taken to make the process easier to understand.

Seamless process
At the beginning of the process closing cost was set at $550 by closing I was expected to pay nearly $1000 more. My next loan will be with a company that can give me accurate estimates.
This is my third loan with PennyMac and they make the process easy,speedy, and affordable.
