Never answered my phone calls did not receive paperwork I asked for different information I was told on phone bad service very unprofessional

No returned phone calls, pulled a credit report on a VA streamline loan and promised the return of my October mortgage payment, has not happened a month later, closing took over 60 days with NO problems

TOOK 3 WEEKS TO GET A RESPONSE FROM LOAN OFFICER TATE MACKRELL REGARDING REQUESTED AMENDMENT TO URLA DOCUMENT. LET HIM AND HIS MANAGER MARC HENRY SEVERAL PHONE AND EMAIL MESSAGES WITH NO RESPONSE. IT WAS NOT UNTIL I FOUND OUT WHO OFFICE MGR WAS AND EMAILED RICH FERRE FOR ASSISTANT REGARDING MY UNANSWERED INQUIRY DID I FINALLY RECEIVE A CALL FROM TATE MACKRELL.
Richard Kinsey was great to work with. He made it very easy to apply for the loan.
