Katelyn Shea, made the process in a great experience To me. She always was so attentive and helpful with all.
Communication was very weak. I also made it very clear from the beginning I wanted my husband added to the title and he wasn't, I still have no answer on whether he will be or not. I called and left a message and no one ever called me back or looked into it until I called again the next day. Was never given an update until I called and asked for one and I still don't have an update on what is going on to get him added. The gentleman that called to schedule my notary was also unprofessional.

Customer service was superb!
I requested a phone call to review hud1, never got a call. Closing dates changed 3 times my contact person changed a couple of days before closing and I was told I had to get a certified check or do a wire transfer an hour or so before closing. It was to my understanding I could have submitted a personal check. Seemed very unorganized.
More communication throughout the process. I did not hear anything for two weeks regarding the application. I had emailed two times and never received a response back. Very disappointed in the communication, but impressed with how quickly and easy the refinance was.
