The lady I initially spoke with was awesome!! She answered all my questions! To this day I am still waiting on a call back from Barbara with an answer to my question about cash due at closing.
I refi-d with PennyMac last year and it was a great experience. This year, as the interest rates continued to drop I reached out, asking if it made sense to do so again, possibly knocking a point off my rate. Turns out it was. Gabriel Mann was my initial contact last year and again this year, and Marcia Wiggins was my team member who followed through on the downrange process. It was a fast process and I was very satisfied
I had to reschedule my closing 4 times due to paperwork being inaccurate. This was very unprofessional and inconvenient. Additilly, I had to send my POA to the title company myself due to them never receiving it. When I spoke with Rebekah, she could never get me a straight answer to why the process kept getting messed up.
If you are looking to refinance PennyMac is the company you want to work with. They will keep you informed during the entire process.
Everything went smooth, easy process and prompt follow thorough on closing! Very satisfied!
