I refi-d with PennyMac last year and it was a great experience. This year, as the interest rates continued to drop I reached out, asking if it made sense to do so again, possibly knocking a point off my rate. Turns out it was. Gabriel Mann was my initial contact last year and again this year, and Marcia Wiggins was my team member who followed through on the downrange process. I thoroughly enjoyed working with both and the process could not have gone smoother. Thanks to the PennyMac team. CM

I had to reschedule my closing 4 times due to paperwork being inaccurate. This was very unprofessional and inconvenient. Additilly, I had to send my POA to the title company myself due to them never receiving it. When I spoke with Rebekah, she could never get me a straight answer to why the process kept getting messed up.

I was asked multiple times for tax documents and title company information. I had to call multiple times and follow-up to make sure the documents had been received and processed. There was confusion concerning how the loan would be closed. I was scheduled to close with a mobile notary and I was also called by my title company to close with them. I never got an answer on which I was supposed to use. These miscues added weeks to the process.
