We requested more than once to be sure our new title had the correct names as there had been a name change since the time of purchase. We had to delay our closing g another week as the first closer had incorrect documents. The second set of documents still had to be updated during the closing, even after we had requested it.

The communication process was very poor. When you call to speak with someone about a question you may have your either put on hold forever or you have to leave a message which is responded to 2 or 3 days later. I am so glad the refinance process is finally over.

Answering phone calls and returning emails. Accurate information about what my cash to close would have been- I paid more than I expected just to get the process over with bc the communication was poor and no one returned my calls and I never got answers to many questions.

Once I was put in touch with someone the process was smooth and quick. We ended up being able to close three weeks sooner than anticipated. Each time I emailed a question I received a fairly quick response; usually by the next business day. The only difficult process was getting connected to someone. Each time I received an initial call from Pennymac I was placed on hold for more than 10 min to be connected to an agent. I finally explained that after the 5th call and was immediately connected.
