Best refinancing experience I've had to date!
We requested more than once to be sure our new title had the correct names as there had been a name change since the time of purchase. We had to delay our closing g another week as the first closer had incorrect documents. The second set of documents still had to be updated during the closing, even after we had requested it.
If you are looking to refinance PennyMac is the company you want to work with. They will keep you informed during the entire process.
